My passion for nutrition started with my own lived experience, discovering first-hand how deeply food and feeling good are connected. What you eat doesn’t just fuel your body… it can shift your mood, your focus, your energy, even your sense of self.

That realisation changed everything for me. And now, I help other women unlock that same connection, gently, practically, and without overwhelm.

I take a holistic view of health, food is a vital piece of the puzzle, but so is sleep, stress, movement and mindset.

You won’t find restrictive plans or weigh-ins here. Instead, you’ll get:

WHAT WORKING WITH ME FEELS LIKE

It feels exciting! It feels like you've finally found something that is going to build a lifestyle that feels good and actually sticks. You start with my online course - the Simple Method - which takes you through a gentle process (under 10 minutes a day that you can listen to while getting dressed, driving to work or walking the dog) that builds a strong foundational knowledge of what nourishing yourself looks like. This is a 4 week, low investment commitment that gets you all the advice that I've given hundreds of women and that's changed their lives. Then, if you need it, you can book a 1:1 package to continue your journey. We’ll co-create a realistic plan that reflects your needs, preferences, and pace. You’ll feel supported, seen, and never alone in the process. My goal is that you feel excited, ready to make changes and reap the rewards they bring.
